Well, I'm a huge fan of Julian Lage's playing, in general, but I've never seen what happens at about 03:10 here before ...... watch the drummer go into "Chico Hamilton mode" all over the bass player's instrument!

Great stuff! Julian is our local boy wonder from Santa Rosa who done made good. The drummer shows some serious versatility.
Though at first when I saw you put this under "Steel Without Pedals" instead of "Music," I thought perhaps Mr. Lage would dazzle us on a lap steel in the video.

Lage can plays some truly amazing stuff indeed seemingly, with an open hearted joy that's rare. Here, the other guy almost gives up! Can't blame him. How'd you like to follow that? Then he gets it together and solos beautifully.
