Anybody know the weight of the Fender 400 in and out of the case? _________________ Zum Encore, Zum Stage One, Fender 2000, Harlan Bros., Multi-Kord, |

At sea level, I have 50.5 lbs in the case and 34 lbs without the case. _________________ Chris Lucker

Thanks Chris, that's heavy but not horribly heavy. _________________ Zum Encore, Zum Stage One, Fender 2000, Harlan Bros., Multi-Kord, |

You understand that is dripping wet having just come out of the shower. _________________ Chris Lucker

Fred,
I take my 400 and 2000 around in soft cases made for keyboards.
There is practically no added weight, and with that cast frame whatever the guitar hits loses!
YMMV |

The soft cases are great for heavy guitars and short distance travel. _________________ Zum Encore, Zum Stage One, Fender 2000, Harlan Bros., Multi-Kord, |
