Looking for a used copy of Mickey Adams Beginner's Guide to Mastering the E9th Pedal Steel.

...I've got one that I bought from Mickey at the 2010 Dallas show....pretty good shape...some pencil markings, small creases, and a few pages have coffee stains (just on the bottom) not on the written page...$50 shipped, thanks lf
