"Memory" from "Cats": Strat + Steel

From the 1981 Andrew Lloyd Webber musical "Cats". Sung briefly in the first act and in full near the end of the show, "Memory" is the climax of the musical, and by far its most popular and well-known song. Barbra Streisland's version is probably the most famous, also covered by Elaine Paige, Barry Manilow, Johnny Mathis, Shirley Bassey, Petula Clark, Celine Dion... The Shadows did an instrumental version, on which this version is based.

Lead played on a stratocaster and on the Steelocaster by me. Backing by Gary Taylor and Trevor Spencer of UBHank. Key of A and then C.
