F/S/ Simmons SD10 3 x 4 $950 FINAL BUMP BEFORE EBAY ETC.

Post by Loren Bayles »

ONE LAST BUMP FOR THE WEEKEND
THANKS FOR LOOKING.

Guys and gals this price is a couple of hundred less than I have in the guitar plus there will be more spent for shipping and insurance and a donation to b0b once sold. Will not/can not go any lower. This is a good price for a good steel if you need one or simply just want one. Thanks 04/07/2012

Really nice Simmons with no issues. edited today to
Sell for $950.00 shipped
TRADE MADE FOR SIX STRING 04/05/2012 ONE TO GO TO SELL

The reason I'm selling is edited to state that I am going to sell two of the three steels I now have and keep only one light weight for any playing I might do at occasional jam. I'm taking less than I have in them in order to clean out the house so if you are interested get me a PM with your email and I'll get back to you with answers to questions if you have any.
I don't have any pics right now but can get them taken and send to you. All will be in this same price range and price will be less than I have in them due to shipping etc. All are Pro models, NOT student models.
Thanks for looking.
EDITED TRADE MADE FOR ONE 04-05-2012 ONE TO GO TO SELL

Nice guitars

Post by Bill Howard »

Some of the newer players should take a closer look at Lorens Guitars These are superior about any student steel made. I Owned one of them, one of my good friends owned the other, they are both great little guitars both have George L's pick ups and tone is really full and warm.remember this is an SD-10 most lower priced guitars are not.I think Loren was trying to help a cpl fellow steelers then looked up and the closet was full:)... Not sure which one he is selling but I know either will make you a fine guitar, 3 flrs 4 knee levers and the Mechanism is really quiet all pedals and levers are smooth as glass.... on top of that Loren is a great person to buy from, Honest as they come:). Not sure which one Loren is selling but here is one like it

Hey Bill,

Thank you for the more than kind words.
Both guitars are nice and will last any player quite a long time.
I was going to leave one at the jam site but things have changed and I have to get as much of my investment back as I can. Can't break even or close but that's the breaks. Win some-lose some. : )
Thanks to all who have shown interest.

I also want to speak highly of these guitars. My first guitar was a ditto of this one. It carried me through the learning process like a good riding horse. The sound is remarkable and it never let me down.
Mullen SD10 pre RP, Milkman 40w mini steel, Wet reverb mono, Profex II, Yamaha keyboard, lots of books about music theory and PSG.

TTT one more time.

Thanks Bill for taking the trouble to add the pic of the undercarriage.
I can't sell these any cheaper so if you want one let me know and arrangements can be made.
If not, that's fine as well.
Thanks to all of you who have inquired and the positive input. It is truly appreciated.

You are just way more than kind.
Glad you are happy with the LTD.
Drop in again sometime when you are over this way and maybe I can get to a jam down your way this summer. Would be fun.
All the best.

Loren where are all of those guys in the wanted section needing a steel for less than a grand?.
Their getting an SD-10(padded rear neck) with 4 knee levers and 3 floors with a case for 950.00... I have seen Mavericks going for 700.00 and up to nearly 1 thousand on the flea bay.. I will not air mybopinion of them on here other than to say they are little more than a 2X4 with strings on it. Look at a Maverick then check out the bottom of these Guitars,
These Simmons are great playing and sounding guitars
Far superior to most so called student steels. they have a geroge L's pick up nice rich tone and unbelievable sustain for an inexpensive guitar.
The changer is very quiet and accurate..
If your a new player get this it is a DEAL MAN:)...
Some of those cheap things should be sold by the RICK:)
