Customer Satisfaction, Emmons Guitar Company

Post by Rex Blevins »

I simply want everyone to know that I recently received a new guitar from the Emmons Guitar Company that had only a minor cosmetic flaw. The guitar played perfectly and sounded incredible.. I called and asked Ron Lashley Jr about the small cosmetic flaw and he replied to send the guitar back to him and he would replace at absolutely new charge..
I can tell you that this is my 5th new Emmons guitar and playing wise, the best. I could not or would not be happier with the Emmons guitar Company if I owned it. This post is made to confirm that the Emmons Guitar Company is in great hands with Rebecca and Ron Lashley Jr. and I would endorse their' commitment to excellence to anyone wanting an Emmons Guitar... If they say they will do it, THEY WILL>>>> Congratulations to a real wonderful company and couple !!
