Still some holes in my basic knowledge....are there more than this in a standard E9 copedent?

I know about:
6th string: B-pedal + RKL split (A, G#, G, F#)

5/10th string: LKV+ A-pedal split (C#, C, B, Bb)

I can't use the 5/10th string one (my LKV does E->F#), but I'm curious about other options...

Thanks...

Crowbear-
Yeah, I saw that as a possibility (E lower+C pedal raise), but I have no idea how it would be used..a b2 note? Maybe give you an Augmented chord with B+C?

it's a substitute for pedal A & lever F (string 4 raises a half tone)
example F# on fret 5 w: pedal A & lever F
or Pedal C & lever E (half tone lower on string 4)
you're not using pedal B...

I use the split CrowBear mentions to get a V#5b9. If you're in C major, with G7 as your V, you get this chord at the 2nd fret with B+C+E (lowering 4 and 8 a half step). From 8th-4th string you get: F-Ab-B-D#-G, or, as we say around here, a "demolished" chord. Resolves nicely down to C at the first fret with the E lever staying engaged and the B+C pedals coming off.

In fact, I severely over use this chord.

Open, it is also F# min/major 7, close voiced. (Root on string 7).
Looking at string 8 as the root you also have Eb9b5 close voiced.
Here is another. AB + B lower gives F#m7b5 on strings 7,6,5,4.

Thanks for pointing that one out, Dan.
