I'm VERY surprised. I think the band, music, steel, guitar etc are all first-rate.

Yeah, it's very nice. I believe it was last mentioned here in 2008, which may be why you haven't had much of a response yet.

Plenty of love here, for music with that kind of soul. Now I'm gonna snap up a couple of Duke Levine CDs, which is what I should have done 4 yrs. ago when this beautiful tune was posted on the SGF the first time. Thanks for bringing it back!

I'll be seeing both of them tomorrow night a tiny club in Cambridge, MA (Atwoods

). Duke's doing a few of his instrumental shows this month. Super nice folks too!

I will add that for the past year or so they have both been members of Peter Wolf's band both recording and on the road. Duke's also been doing shows with Peter in the J. Geils Band reunions.
