I would just like to say thanks to Sue for superb service at Dallas.I had taken along a strobo flip belonging to a friend who had rather stupidly plugged in the wrong power supply, expecting at best she would take it back to the factory for repair, instead she repaired it herself allowing me to bring it back with me.Anyone who has any dealings with this lovely young lady will find her to be extremely helpful and charming. This is not the first time she has helped me out and I can only commend both Sue and Peterson for first class service.

I too would like to thank Sue!
My 10 year old Strobostomp had a problem where the display would go dark. Without a hitch, Sue reached in a box and handed me a circuit board and drew me directions on the back of her card how to change it. No charge. Tuner works perfect again.
I really had stopped in to buy a new tuner.....

Great service from great folks!

Una mas--one more! Last year at the Peterson table I bought a little plug-in mic for my iPod, a gift from my wife. Never could make it work-probably operator error. Any way, after hearing my story, Sue pulls out a new mic for the Pod and just gave it to me, no strings attached. Super service and many thanks to Sue and Peterson Tuners!

Sue is extremely knowledgeable, technically competent, conscientious and very, very dedicated to provide the fastest possible customer service. I applaud John and Peterson for giving her the latitude to provide the service we so very much appreciate. I will continue to buy just about every tuner Peterson makes; I know I can't go wrong with Sue backing them up.

She literally won't leave her booth for fear of missing someone who needs her help.

My hat’s off to Sue!

I have to vouch for Sue as well. She is friendly and knowledgeable. I have bought a few tuners from her in Dallas. She also helped me with a few issues I was having with one of the Stroboflips. Sue's excellent.
