Non pedal player needed in LA/Orange County area.

Post by Brandin »

The Hula Girls need a non pedal steel player, or lap steel. This is a working band, with two to three gigs a month. They play Hawaiian meets Rockabilly, and surf. These are very nice people, and would be a great opportunity for someone who would like to play.

Thanks for helping us out with the post Gary! Thought I'd stop by and provide a bit more information. Although we have a couple dozen gigs on books right now, we are primarily trying to find someone to take the play the Viva Las Vegas Rockabilly festival with us. Two 45 minute sets on Friday, Saturday and Sunday at the Tiki Pool Party. It's one helluva event! Anyhow, here's a link to get a little taste.

Cheers!

I just wanted to thank everyone who has contacted us. We have found someone to cover our immediate gigs but we are still entertaining offers for a long term member. Thanks again Steel Guitar Forum, you guys really made us feel at home! (Which is something pretty special considering I’m a bass player!!!)
