Made in the early 1980s, designed by Paul Rivera, 100 watts through a 12" speaker, solid state, two channels, 35 lbs. There's a later version (Stage Lead II) with two 12" speakers. Decent clean channel, poor overdrive channel. You can find these for under $150 if you look around.
Here's a link to some more information including a PDF of the 1983 Fender catalog.

Thanks Brad
The overdrive on this amp has bad pots but the clean side works and sounds great.Has original speakers in it...For $50.00 I figured it was worth it.

I use one. Its light enough for me to carry and does ok for smaller gigs. I have been thinking of putting a better speaker in it and am open to suggestions.
The reverb isnt strong enough for my taste. I usually have it above 6. Overall,I'd ge another one. it has served me well for around 7-8 years. I bought it used for around $200.oo
