For all you folks out on the west coast, this coming weekend will have some special guests playing at Buck Owens' Crystal Palace. The Buck Owens tribute band, "Bakersfield" from Norway will be performing on friday and saturday evening. Complete with matching rhinestone suits and sparkly guitars!!! Our own forum brother, Steinar Schroder will be playing the Tom Brumley licks on a vintage 1968 ZB D-11-10. I have had the pleasure of playing with these guys in Norway and they are really good and entertaining. They will take you back to Buck and the Buckaroos of 1966. IF you get a chance, check them out and say hello to Steinar!!!

WOW!!!
I wish a could attend this one for sure but I have a gig booked & cannot get out of it.
Does anyone know if this will be taped/recorded or put on video??
I certainly hope so as this band has Buck & the Buckaroos down to the letter..
