Revelation Tubes

For you Revelation users out there, I was wondering what brand of tubes are you using in your Rev. Probably most dont really know or need to know cause the Rev. sounds great Very Happy

But being one always trying somthing different, I replaced the center tube (China) brand with a Mullard (12 AX 7). I was really pleased with the subtle difference in tone. I know everyones taste in tone differs, but for me it was more of what I was looking for.
I looked at some NOS 12 AX 7s, but the price was out of sight Whoa!

I purchased the Mullard from Mojo,s for $19. I would imagine some Revs. out there still use the 12 AU 7,s, so be sure to check your Rev. before plunking a 12 AX 7 in there & always check Brads proceedure for changing tubes.
