I'm sorry, I wouldn't pay that much for a used thumb pick even if Big E used it.

I think Dan wants his thumb pick back, thank you very much. By the way I've got a button off of one of Bill Monroe's jackets that I'll let go for $999.95. Call me right now at BR-549!!! Hurry, it won't last! I also have Prince Albert in a can if anyone is interested.

I have a string that looks just like one that Lloyd Green had on his LDG. I was going to put it on mine, but I don't want to ruin its value. I'll let it go for half the price of that thumb pick.

I used to work in the Council House in Sutton Coldfield, a borough on the outskirts of Birmingham, England. In the basement, the janitor, who was an old man who had worked there for about 50 years, had a jar containing a piece of fæces, labelled "Queen Mary's Turd." Evidently, when Queen Mary visited the building the toilets were closed off for her personal use. Anything remaining in the system after she left had therefore originated with her, and so he kept it as a souvenir for many decades.

Maybe he should have auctioned it off.

The last time I saw it was in 1969. At that time it was as it was deposited forty years earlier. :\

He said he thinks this is the thumb pick Mr. Dan Dugmore used on the song "Blue Bayou".
