Jeff Newman Hertz Settings

Does anyone have the JN Hertz numbers for the E9th, 5th string lower to a Bb and the hertz settings for the 6th string split F# and G ?? Thanks !! Image Image Image Image

Paul--The chart puts the X lever at 440 1/2. My chart (that came from Carter with my Universal, a reprint of the Newman chart) doesn't have a split G number. I tune it by ear and the reading I just checked is around 442.

According to the chart A# (B to Bb lever) is 440.5. That would be +2 cents.

Newman doesn't show the G, but it should be close to however you tune your D's. Jeff shows 441.5, which would be +6 cents. Same for the F# -- it should match the 7th.

Thanks for the info, guys !! I really appreciate that. I just got done listening to the ET Archive and I know my ear is bad because I don't sound like that. I use the tuner to make up for the loss of hearing...

Paul: Just go over to Electronics/How To Use Hertz on a DTR1 and there it is !! Duhhhh
