I used to get a note now and then from Larry Chester. I didn't really know him, but he responded to an ad I had in the old Steel Guitar World magazine and we'd chat a bit sometimes at the ISGC. I don't recall Wenatchee being his return address, but I might have forgotten.
I saw him a few years ago in St. Louis, maybe '08 or so. He hung out with Butch Cornwell sometimes I think. Sorry, that's all I know.
