Heartland (HSGA) Jam Yesterday - Kansas City

We had a great time at our jam yesterday with a large crowd attending. Special thanks to Byron and Kevin Jones for allowing us to use their theater and concessions.

There were 13 steel guitar players with 3 or 4 more sitting out. Lots of other musicians, singers and listeners. Without other musicians we wouldn't have a back-up band. Thanks to everyone who attended... you made it a really great time! If you haven't been to one of our jams, do come join us.

When you visit the Kansas City area don't forget to go see the Northtown Opry show. They support the steel guitar and Heartland.

Can you tell me if Byron's brother Leland performs on the show ezch Saturday nite ?
I remember seeing Byron and Leland at the Ferris Opry, Richmond, I believe, and it was a great show in the 60's.

time to time, he operates his own show twice
monthly in Richmond.
