Okay guys and gals, today is my beautiful wifes birthday, and this is real special. Linda is a perfect steel guitar wife, not only does she support my passion, but she is so in tuned with my goals as a steeler, that she literally pushes me with an abundance of encouragement, and support. She wants me to succeed. She feels that if I succeed, she succeed's too.
She goes out to all my gigs, even when she has worked a 12 hour day, and stays until 2:30 or 3:00 in the a.m. She helps me load and unload all my gear. She's always looking for new and improved ideas that will make my playing better. She listens to me not only butcher beautiful tunes, but she hears me play them over and over and over and over (you get the idea) and she has never said a word. If she doesn't understand something she asks. So will ya'll join in with me to wish the perfect steelers wife a happy and joyus birthday.
