Hey Johnny, I live in Springfield.
I dont really know you but we have played with some of the same people.
I actually bought your dads house from him a few years go on Selfic street (I have since sold it)

Anyway, I stay pretty busy playing with 2 bands (Still Kick'n & the Jenny Campbell band) but if you get any dates booked and wanna throw in a pedal steel drop me an email or msg or call me. If I am available I would do it.
Gene (drummer in your picture) has my number.

The "Jenny Campbell Band" is actually playing in your neck of the woods tonight (Saturday, Jan 7) at Double D's in Edinburg.

Try calling Corson Music in Champaign. Dyke Corson (the owner) is a great steeler, plus he has two other great steel players working at the store. (Jerry Erickson, and The other one's name escapes me) and as mentioned above Darryl Cummings is top notch.
