When I was a teenager back in the 70's Junior Knight was my major television influence. I watched him every week on Saturdays on the Cowboy Weaver show. Dewey Groom and the Longhorn Ballroom Band were the guests on the show. My eyes and ears were glued to every move Junior made. I have nothing but praise and admiration for him as a steel player and I understand he is a first class guy as well.
