My latest Country Classic tab is: "Last Date" by Floyd Cramer.
I was having quite a time getting this song tabbed out so I bought Herb Steiner's "E9 By Request" and this got me headed in the right direction.
I also got some help from some tab by Ricky Davis.
Thanks, guys!
However, as usual, I put my left handed Norwegian spin on it.
Hope you like it. :D

My latest Country Classic is: "Sweet Memories"
by Mickey Newbury.
I had a request for this song a while back.
If you want to hear an outstanding rendition of this song, go to YouTube and listen to the Time Jumpers w/"Papa" John Hughey. It will send chills down your spine. :D

I was lucky enough to stumble across the "Crying Steel Guitar Waltz" a while ago.
This song dates back to 1951 and was recorded by Hank Snow and Kitty Wells.

Ray,
I haven't looked into those two songs but over the weekend I finished up "Your Old Love Letters" written by Johnny Bond in 1955.
This Country Classic has been recorded by such artists as Porter Wagoner, Jim Reeves and Faron Young.

A couple of new ones for you:
"Back In The Saddle Again" was co-written by Gene Autry and became his theme song and dates back to 1938.

"Fraulein" was made famous by Bobby Helms in 1957.
I always thought this was written about a girl in Germany but it was actually written about a blond-haired girl from a German settlement in South Texas.
