Jeremy, it's Guitarzilla (2). Guitarzilla (1) is a triple neck console with 10-10-5, the 5 being a bass neck, that also had a bolt-on 12-string titanium neck for the "tonal" things. The 10 string necks ended up getting rod/plate things woven in the strings for textural sounds. But it weighs 110lbs in the case.
The idea of Guitarzilla (2) was to recreate similar kinds of sounds with something that was more portable, 28lbs. It has a 12-string neck, an 8-string bass neck and to get the rod/plate sounds, a bolt-on attachment called the Replicant.
It was also machined to have some pedals and knee levers, but after thinking about it, the kind of music that I play with this guitar isn't about pedals and if I need a pedal guitar, I can always bring one. The 12-string neck is tuned "pedals up and down"
B C# E F# G# A B C# E G# D# F#
so I have all the notes and the bass neck is low A, which is a 5th below the bass.
