New DVD From Herby Wallace

Post by Herby Wallace »

I released a new DVD last month which I briefly mentioned here on the forum. It is a live concert recorded in Grand Rapids, MI in April of 2002. The video and audio quality on this DVD is excellent since it was recorded by a local TV station. There are 3 different cameras used for some great shots. Also, the backup band is excellent featuring: Roy Rosetta, Ben Brogdon, Don Curtis, Dan Cranston and Frank Rogers. Joe Wright also helped with the production of this project and did a great job. The DVD is approx. 40 minutes in length and features the following songs: Indiana, I Love You Because, Rt. 66, 10,000 Years, Almost Like Being In Love, Dream and You Took Her Off My Hands. The cost is only $19.95 plus S&H. I also accept visa, mastercard or discover.

I remember that day and that set. It was one of those days where everyone "just nailed it" as they say.
I find it amazing that it was not lost as so many of these incredible moments are.
I hope everyone who knows about this DVD will not miss the chance to see/hear it.

Yes, this was one of those special days when everything as we say was "in the pocket". Of course I contribute that to the great backup band. Anytime I get the chance to work with a great band like these guys, it gets me fired up too!

I bought a copy from Herby at the Saluda, SC show back in August and watched it on my laptop...It's terrific! I can wait to see it on my big screen home theater system. It will be better than being there as the camera work is quite good for a live show. It gets up really up close to Herby.

Buy up guys, you will not be disappointed.

Why wasn't this moved to items for sale the way Beaumier's songbook was?

I got mine in the mail too yesterday. Wow, this is one great DVD. Highly recommended. I also got his "Toe Tapping Music" cd. All I can say is "Thank You" Herby, that's some great playing. All very enjoyable.
