There are very few guys with chops like this. It doesn't sound like Doug Jernigan tonally. Could it be a young Paul Franklin?

Good morning everybody,

Quite an interesting and probably rather obscure track - This is a bunch of studio musicians who recorded an album as "Concrete Cowboy Band", great steel playing by Hal Rugg. Smile
