Hi Wally! Very Happy (Taylor)
Thanks for the compliment, it is appreciated.
It said, that music has a strong motivation of spirit. I guess maybe that when we hear certain familiar refrains, it brings us to all of our human emotions. Happiness, sadness, etc. Anyway, Whoa! I just want somebody to feel good. Very Happy
Thanks my friend, your encouragement is appreciated.
Ron

Hi Tony! Very Happy (Davis)
Glad to hear from you. Thanks for looking in.
This song was a hit about thirty-five years ago. It was sung by Crystal Gayle, the younger sister of Loretta Lynn, another country music legend.
By all means please do play it. It doesnt belong to me, I just tried to play a version of it. But remember if you do it as a commercial endeavor, you will need to secure permission to do so. As I placed a disclaimer in the video," This is presented under the "Fair Usage" 17 & 107 of the U.S. Code. It was presented for "Education","Comparison",and "Criticism". No monetary gain is received, or expected, from this presentation." I believe the laws are different in other countries, so check carefully, I did!
Thanks for the encouragement!
Ron Very Happy

Hi ya Carl! (Lucky)(Kilmer) Very Happy
Always good to hear from one of the "Elder Statesman" of the steel guitar! I am honored my friend.
I thank you for your encouragement. You know, if I had the chance to learn the pedal steel like most of these very talented players like yourself and others, I`m sure my talent,(if it could be called that, Shocked Laughing ) would have been in another direction. As it is, It has turned into this "violin" like style that I play today. Never the less, every now and then I get a good note out there, and somebody takes a liking to it! Laughing Anyway, I just do the best I can, with what I`ve got! Smile Thanks again my good friend, I appreciate your encouragement. Be Blessed!
Ron
