Hi Jim, Looking forward to the show. Unfortunately my good buddy Eddie Cunningham is recovering slowly and won`t be healed till after the show. RISGA`s November meeting is the next event where he will entertain us. I`m gonna go practice.

I am sorry to say, that, my wife, Darlene, and I won't be making it to the show this year. Untimely circumstances have made it impossible for us to attend this year. We hope it's a successful show for the RISGA! The club has always been very warm to us and we're saddened by not going, but, things can't be helped right now.
Ya'll have a great time!
Sincerely,
John & Darlene De Maille

John

So sorry to hear you and Darlene can't make it this year. You guys are fantastic and are a high point in the day. We really appreciate your support at our shows.

Hope you can make it next year, or maybe you can make it to one of our jams sometime!

Just have to take a moment and thank our President Marcia Rodriques for all the work put into making this years show such a success. With all the planing, lining up the back up band, booking the hall, setting the date, printing the tickets, inviting the guest players and bands, selling the raffle tickets, working out the performance schedule, and then dealing with all the changes that go on before the show she had her hands full and did a great job as usual. Congratulations on your success and thanks again for all the effort you put into this show.
Now it's time to volunteer for next years show. We all need to get involved and lighten the load a little. God Bless Roger A. Trahan

I enjoyed the show

I agree with Roger Trahan. President Marcia Rodrigues puts in a ton of hard work to make a fun time for the steel pickers. Jim Rice, you are a great MC. Plus I should send you a check for what you said and did out at Bill Hankey`s "Mass Bash" on May 1, 2011. I checked in on my good buddie Eddie Cunningham, and he is healing slowly. I am disappointed that I won`t see him at the November 20th RISGA meeting and jam. The "Barnyard Buckaroos" are booked that day. I guess the next rondezvous that Elaine and I have with exciting steelers will be Bob Maickel`s PSGA Show in Norwalk, Conn. on Nov. 12th and 13th.

Mark, Raianne and I had a great time at the show. I feel bad that we had to run out of there so quickly. We all would have like to stay and hear the rest of the players. Steve was sounding really good!! We made our next show with about 20 minutes to setup and play! And then it was off to Easthampton. Quite the busy day.
Thanks Marcia for accommodating us on such short notice and, of course, for all the work you put in to make these shows a sucess.
Barring a possible playing gig in New Hampshire (Nov. 20), I will see you all at the meeting!
