We would like to thank each and everyone for stopping by our booth at the ISGC. It's always good to see all of our friends and to make new friends each year. A very special heartfelt thanks to Scotty & the ISGC staff for the wonderful award Dad received for his years of work building the Steelers Choice pack seats, now the official seat of the ISGC as proclaimed 2006. Don't think for a second that Dad is just going to retire completely. He is still very much involved in the building process and nothing is going to change in the quality of the Steelers Choice products.
UPCOMING NEWS: Hopefully in the near future
we will have our web site up and running.My wife (LeAnn) is building the site.

Dan. I bought the first Steelers Choice side kick your Dad made many years ago, and I have purchased MANY of your seats since then. You folks have the best of the best in steel guitar seats, and the award Kenny received was well deserved!
Keep up the great work guys. Great products, and a super great family!

Yes Jody,
You got your seat in Tulsa, at the Holiday Inn..Seems I remember someone coming out on stage, as you were starting your set,...made you get up, and they walked off stage with your seat, and out of the showroom and left you standing there with an amazed look on your face, and literally left you holding the bag..or standing there beside the bag,,a big old garbage bag...When you finally recovered, and started looking around for a seat to use to play your set...someone suggested you sit on the garbage bag, and wouldn't offer you another seat...you finally tried to do that , but it was pretty lumpy..and when you peeled back the garbage bag...there was your brand new Steelers Choice seat...
Priceless moments my friend..wonder who those mean ole boys were that took your seat, and left the new one???????

I am spoiled, since I got a Steelers Choice with the "sidekick". I don't know how I ever lived without it.
I will be playing a 2 hour, unrehearsed, outdoor, festival show next saturday. I have to learn the original songs from a CD. The sidekick lid will be open, serving as a table to hold my charts for kickoffs and turnarounds. Just another added benefit of the side kick compartment.

I bought myself a new blue sidekick in St. Louis. We are now a three Steelers Choice family.

Yes Jody,
it was a great moment..but when Kenn told me he wanted me to get your seat as you were to begin your set, I had reservations..I told Kenn ,Jody will throw me off the stage...But since I am kinda shy, I overcame my shyness and took the seat.....I dared not look back at you till I started out the door..You were still standing there,with that look of amazement and disbelief..
But it was a great joke, and the audience loved it..they probably thought we had rehearsed it..

| Yep, I remember doing this prank on Jody---and don't think that he and all the rest of you guys didn't get even with me the next time I played. They all sat at both ends of my guitar and stared at me while I tried to concentrate on my song.Talk about getting even--------Ask those guys what else they did to me. |
