fiddlers are dangerous

I had a cousin that rehaired bows. For a prank one time he glued two bows together end to end and found some long hair to fill the bow. I took it to a bluegrass jam session where a friend played 5 string. I stood about four foot away and kept lifting the back of his hat. When he would look around I would have retracted the bow. It took a long time before he caught on to what I was doing. He never had a sense of humor but the audience loved it.
