That's what I thought but it's not on the list of choices to "open with". I do have Adobe. Why isn't it a choice?

Don't know. Actually, that you say "video with PDF extension" confuses me a little. Sure that is correct? |

Videos can be inserted into .pdf files, usually in .flv format. You need Acrobat Reader 9 or later to read them. Maybe you need to update Acrobat? _________________ C#

Posted 10 Aug 2011 10:20 pm Please make sure you update Adobe Flash and Reader at Adobe.
|
|
If you have a Windows, Linux, Solaris, or Mac computer, any version of Adobe Reader under 10.1.0 is highly exploitable and should be updated as soon as possible, directly at Adobe.com.
Further, Adobe has just updated its Flash Player, to fix multiple vulnerabilities being exploited on compromised websites. The new version is 10.3.183.5. _________________ "Wiz" Feinberg, Moderator SGF Computers Forum

OK. Obviously I haven't paid attention to functionality I haven't been in need of |

The file was attached to an email from the agent. I right clicked it and saved it to my documents. When I went to the docs, I was able to open it. I have Adobe 9 which it used automatically.

Ron;
As I mentioned in my earlier reply, Adobe Reader 9 is totally out-dated and is extremely vulnerable to exploits which lead to criminals taking over your computer. You can update it via Reader > Help > Check for Updates.
The current version of Adobe Reader, which was just updated this week, is 10.1.0 _________________ "Wiz" Feinberg, Moderator SGF Computers Forum
