I will be playing at the Springwater Supper Club in Nashville on Wednesday August 23rd. Who else will be playing in town, and where? I'd like to see some of you while I'm there.

I didn't book it, so I'm not sure where it is. If I had to guess, I would say it's a dive, judging by the other places we're usually booked.

I copied this from their site:

Springwater is located at 115 27th Ave N in Nashville, Tennessee in the historic West End district, very near Centennial Park and Vanderbilt University.

Ah... It IS the same Springwater!

A dive? Absolutely! But a venerable and much loved dive.

Any idea what time you're playing? I've got an evening meeting for work tomorrow night but will try to make it out if I can.

As for the "Supper Club", if you get into town on time, you can grab some good barbecue from the BBQ stand that's kinda grafted onto the outside of the club. (Locals love the turkey with white sauce. It sounds pretty awful but is actually really good.)

Sounds good, hopefully I'll have time. BTW Steve, I have really enjoyed playing the Your Man licks you recorded with Josh Turner. Any time I'm home, my mother always asks me to play it for her .
