Post by Ben Edmonds »

Player needed for a session (3-4 tunes) end of august, maybe sept. Classic country, dont know any other details. Pays but you need to talk to the man in charge and I will hook you up with him if you can make the date. Guys are real easy to work with. Please have experience and play in tune etc...

Hey Ben.....What kind of recording system does he use? If it's computer based (i.e. Pro-tools, etc.) I can do them here and send them via e-mail....have him call me at 225-276-8250. HAL

Hi Hal... Pretty sure it is pro tools but not 100% sure. Either way it is computer based and I have recieved a few emails from people who want to do the same thing and I will run it by them, I am pretty sure they want someone to make the date in person if not I will give him your # as well as some others who emailed.

I'll let you guys know what I find out.
Thanks,
Ben

Thanks Ben....years ago I lived in western MA and played steel guitar for PeeWee Gokey. Then went to the Boston area for about 3 years and worked for John Penney.

So either they will call you or not but I know as of today they have not filled the seat.
Thanks to all who responded and I'm outta this for now.
