I just received an email from Buddy's wife Joan advising that Buddy died this afternoon.

Sorry To Read This About Buddy, HE was one of Our Dekley Family and Played A Dekley U12. There are a Couple of Pictures in The Dekley Archives of Him and I'm Posting them here.

My "day job" is a letter carrier for the Postal Service. Not only was Buddy a famed picker in the Green Bay area....but he was one of my mail customers a ways back. We would talk from time to time and we swapped CD's of our music. A real nice fella for sure. We'll miss ya Buddy!

Thank you for your kind comment Dana. I lived in Montreal for 17 years and I rubbed shoulders with him in the early years. A great guy.
