I broke the knee lever off my Sho~Bud Pro I that raises the E to F. I would prefer to order the part and try to fix it myself, or drive it someplace locally to be fixed rather than sending the whole guitar via UPS. I live in Long Island, New York not far from NYC. I would be grateful to any one that could offer advice to either help me get the part I need or to locate someone to repair my steel guitar. I have included pictures of the broken pedal.
Thank you,
Glenn

No need to ship the guitar. Try James Morehead for the part. Or Bobbe Seymour. Or maybe Jeff Surratt at Show-Pro. All can be found here on the Forum. Go to "Links" at the top of the page for Show-Pro or Bobbe's Steel Guitar Nashville. Search for James Morehead and send him an e-mail.
Don't replace it with an original part! Whoever you get it from, get an aluminum replacement. I highly recommend replacing the others, too. Then you won't have to worry about this problem again.
