This is a full size Ernie Ball volume pedal (not a Jr.). It has input and output jacks on the right side. It also has an adjustable taper knob on the right side. It functions as it should and is very quiet.

Price is $50.00 shipped in the lower 48. Postal M.O. or paypal ok (add a buck for paypal).
