This is one of Jim Flynn’s Lite guitars. I bought it as my first psg a little over 2 years ago, but a couple months after I got it I saw forum member Dennis Wireman’s post for a Rittenberry and jumped on it. So, this guitar has been sitting in my closet ever since.
The particulars are:

10 string E9
3 pedals & 4 levers
Emmons setup
All legs adjustable
George L Tony White pickup
All maple body
Wt. about 17 pounds
Hardshell case and leg bag and a couple Dunlap steels included

Asking $500 plus shipping. (FYI, I paid $50 shipping from Jim’s in TX to Chicago)

Wow!!! This is an absolute steal on a great guitar. You can't buy a Carter starter for this price. And this axe puts a starter to shame. Good luck on the sale. Wish I was in the market for an extra. This will also make someone a great travel guitar for fly gigs.
Emmons P/P's into the loudest amp I can get ahold of. No effects other than reverb. EVER!. Come catch a show and be sure and say hi!

Wow, that's really cool, wish I had seen it earlier! Great travel guitar. The undercarriage reminds me of my Sierra.

I am amazed that it doesn't have a keyless tuner! Even so, very cool little guitar.
