GREAT service from LeMay/Telonics

Post by Eddy Scheepers »

I hereby want to express my sincere thanks to Dave Beaty and the people at Telonics who helped me find a solution for the 18VAC power supply of my LeMay/Telonics Mk-I preamp.
As a suitable 220VAC-18VAC adapter was impossible to find - EVERY major supplier on the globe was contacted, but none of them had them in stock any more - the only solution was to replace the 18VAC power supply by a 24VDC type, currently used by Telonics.
As sending my preamp over the Atlantic and paying the shipping back was a much too expensive option, and after numerous friendly and helpful emails, Telonics sent me the 24VDC power supply with detailed installation instructions.
Today I did the job myself in 20 minutes.
Problem solved!

Thanks again, Dave!
