RISGA Meeting Results

We had a great meeting and jam. There were 13 steel players that attended.Everone done a great job of playing. I resigned as Vice President as Anna and I are moving to Greeneville Tennessee this comming Saturday.
The new Vice president is Steve Pannone and a great person and freind.Anna and I were voted Hornorary Members and we appreciate their kindness.The RISGA Steel Show will be September 10th at the American Legion Post 15 in East Greenwich R.I..We also had 5 new members join today.The next meeting will be August 13th at the American Legion Post 15 East Greenwich R.I.I do beleave Anna and I will be making to Steel Show if Anna is up to comming up.I'm always ready to go to Steel Shows.

Sam, This is good news,(not the fact that you and Anna are moving),but the confirmation of a room for the annual show. I regret having missed the meeting,but it seems like the Post 15 in E. Greenwich is a hospitable place. Thank you for helping Roger Trahan book that club.

Steve Pannone is a great guy and has been to just about every single RISGA meeting...and doesn't even play steel!
He will make a very good Vice President.
Post 15 has been very helpful to country music in RI so it looks like we have found a new home for our steel show and meetings.
