Got another gig this week-end, along with our monthly Eagles gig Fiday night.

Sat. afternoon will be playing steel for the Easy Country Band at the Eagles in Kingman, Az. for the annual Laughlin Harley River run.

Never worked with this band before, never heard them, this should be fun! lol..

This Saturday evening, I'll be playing where all discriminating music fans and hot chix want me to be: at home with no amp.

I'm gonna bring this back up because I have a decent double-header gig(s) coming up today. Not typical for me.

In New Haven, CT in the afternoon 3:00-4:00 we (Thunderegg) are playing at Kehler-Liddell Art Gallery. We did our first time out show there about 9 months ago as a CD promotion. They let us use the Art Gallery then, and this is sort of a thankyou for an "Artwalk" day they are sponsoring.

Then at 9:00pm we are playing at Toad's Place in New Haven opening for Leon Russell. This is kind of a big deal for us to be playing at Toad's Place, and to be opening for someone like Leon Russell is a real honor.

Friday night (5/19) I’m playing blues and jazz with The Blues Messengers, with guests Bayard Lancaster (old school avant garde sax) and Ginetta (new school trumpet and vocals, [ginettasvendetta.com]) at The Loft above Anglesea, 7136 Germantown Ave., Mt. Airy section of Philadelphia.

Saturday night (5/20) the same gang plays at Ludwig’s German Restaurant, 1315 Sansom St., Center City, Philadelphia.

These are some of our last gigs before Bayard goes to France and we go into the studio.
