CA- San Jose: Tuesday May 26- Bobby Black at Sam's BBQ!

The one and only Bobby Black will be playing with Larry Lynch on Tuesday, May 26 from 6 to 9 p.m. at Sam's Bar-B-Que, in San Jose, California!

Larry plays country, Western swing, and a bit of bluegrass. The rest of the instruments (fiddle, guitar, mandolin, bass) are acoustic.
I usually play steel and banjo with Larry but cannot make this gig, so Bobby graciously agreed to sub. (What an honor!)

Sam’s BBQ consistently wins awards for “best barbecue restaurant” in the area.
A lot of good food at great prices.
It is a very friendly place, and with Bobby playing…well, don’t miss it!

Sam’s is located about ½ mile south of the Bascom Ave Exit of I-280.

You may want to call ahead before you go--I heard yesterday that a lot of people called in to make reservations and there may not be any more seats.

The band plays in a covered outdoor patio, so you should be able to hear pretty well from the sidewalk, if all the seats are taken.
