There will be a steel guitar show and jam in Codorus, PA, on Saturday, April 30, 2011, at the Jefferson Firehall. The show will start at 12 Noon and run till 9 PM. I will be playing as well as several local favorites. Tickets are $15.00 per person. The contact number is 717-792-5060.

This show is in it's third year and is growing every year. The proceeds are donated to a different charity each year. This year all proceeds will go the The American Cancer Society. I'm looking forward to being a small part of this show that is benefitting such a worthy cause. I hope to see many of you there!

I'm scheduled to play on this show along with my brother Mike. We had better get busy and start rehearsing whatever we intend to play. I think we're going to play at 1 O'clock. Tommy.......

Teresa and I are sending out a great big "THANKS" to Gordie Sauble, his family and all those connected with the show! They really made us feel at home and we had a great time. One of the highlights was getting to hear Tommy and Mike Auldridge play a set together, then there was the set Gordie played with his family. Great music and wonderful fellowship. We hope to be asked to go back one of these days!

Yes, I agree. Thanks to Gordie and everyone involved in putting this together. Also, someone there was recording a video of parts of the show. I asked him if there was any chance that he could put some of my parts on youtube. So, I'd like to see some of that.
I was a bit nervous, but I hope it wasn't too obvious. Also, thanks Mike for your kind mention.

Hello All,
I had the pleasure of being at this show and hearing Mike Sweeney play again. He's a great talent and real gentleman. Thanks to Gordie for organizing this event and lining up some great talent. Opportunity to re-aquaint with many local players and hear them play again.
Regards,
Wayne Wallett

Hello,
Does anyone have a video of the Codorus Benefit Jam I could obtain a copy of? I played on the show and would like one if there is one available.
Thanks,
