Another album was BING,BAME BOOM, lots of steel, I own the cassette, I'm wearing it on in my van.
"The Blame" is one of their songs, in fact David Hartly does this song on youtube, with his Rains D-10.

Okay, this should end the guesswork. One of my friends from the original band has informed me that Tommy Spurlock played steel on "Walkin', Talkin, - - - ".

AMG lists both Tommy Spurlock and Buddy Emmons on Bing Bang Boom.

"The Blame" sure sounds like Buddy to me.

I never paid much attention to 101 after Paulette left.....but now I see that I should have done so. "The Blame" sounds really good to me! Thanks for the link.

I love the way they show an old Rick lap steel behind all those sweet pedal steel licks.. that's country!
