I rebuilt and refinished my MSA after it had been damaged in a flood about 25 years ago and lost the original logos on the front. I gave the serial number to Reece and he said according to that, it's a Vintage XL. I saw a post in this thread where someone said - maybe the difference between a Classic and the Vintage is that the Classic has a double/double changer and the Vintage has a Triple/Triple changer. I have a Double/Double. Do you know?
Oddly - I had, and repaired, the same crack in mine!
It's a great guitar!

MSA XL D10 New Home
Hi guys, I saw this discussion and thought I'd update it a little. I am the new owner of this beautiful MSA XL D10. It is now sitting in my music room in St. Clairsville, Ohio. David, I love this guitar and want to thank you for a smooth transaction and the work you put into polishing it. I'm having longer pedal rods made for me. A guy of 6'3". I also own an MSA S-10 that I've played for 35 years. Thanks again, Bob.
