Hey Mike Neer, I noticed your site is down. Will it be back up soon?

Thanks for asking. I am in the middle of switching hosts, so it shouldn't be more than 24 hours. Right now I'm in DNS purgatory.

After a few unresolved issues with some downloads a few weeks ago, I had no choice but to seek out a solution, and that solution was to move all of my downloads to new servers, which I've done (and they are excellent, by the way). The next step was to find new hosting, which I've also done.

So hang tight!

After 3 days of being down, both the Lap Steelin' blog and Steelin' From The Masters are now running, and new and improved.

Mike

I have just looked at your new set up, Looks Great, I listed it on my Favorits. Question do you play basically in C6th. I was watching the Bakersfield clip and wondered. Watching the picking I was not soure.

I to have gone back to Lap Steel, My new Melbert arrived Yesterday and it is like learning all over again, but yet I am supprised at how fast some of it comes back.

As for New York, BenThere Donethat. Almost sold every thing I owned, You Play What?

Wayne, almost all of my stuff is either C6 with an E on top, A6, or E9. All of those tunings can be had on the same set of strings.
