what are those screws inbetween the changer and PU?
they do not appear to be original.

there is only 1 screw that is not original
had to use it to put the gerge l pick up on

Scott, those 4 screws in a row are for the 2 changer axle supports. They are not mods or "additions"...they are original.

The other screw, as Scot says, is helping hold the George L pickup in place. That one is an "addition".

These MSA guitars are real workhorses, easy to work on, have great pedal and knee lever action and will perform well for a very long time.

This would be a great choice for a beginner, or a pro. And what an incredible price!!

You would need 4 more pedals and a vertical knee lever to make this a uni- about $700-$800 new. Also 2 adapters to enable 3 raises(on the 4th and 5th strings) from a 2 raise system.
