Strat Pickups

I'm building a mule Strat as a platform for my guitar synth. I need a set of 3-single coil Strat PUs for the project.

Cheap is best. A set you pulled out of a guitar years ago and have laying around? MIM, MIJ, Squire, just about anything would work for this application as long as they are functional.

I would not pass up higher quality PUs priced right either but this guitar won't be played as a guitar much, just a midi controller for a Roland-Boss unit.

I did the same thing..The pups in mine suck but I don't use 'em so no problem..This place is hard to beat..I've used several of their pups and I'm happy with them..

Thanks for the link Pappa Joe. Enticing prices. That would be a solution for sure. I had heard of these guys but never went looking for them. I also saw MF has the Fender Tex-Mex set on sale for $61 and change with free shipping.

I'm going to hang for a day or two and see what might show up over the weekend.

John, that's a darn good deal. I've had a set offered for free, just pay shipping so I'm going that route. I'll send The SGF a donation.
