Hi up for sale is a Sho-Bud 10 string guitar. E9 setup w/ 3&1. I am semi-new to the PSG Forum but will try to answer your questions the best I can. That being said there are many Sho-Bud lovers on the Forum that can answer the questions much better than I can and I welcome them to chime in on this guitar. I can say the tone is great and the guitar has normal play wear of a guitar this age. The guitar also comes with the original case. Thanks!

It's a 6139 model, same version as mine--T/V knobs and switch. I have s/n 3196 (stamped on the underside in a couple of places) which has been dated to 3/14/73. Ricky Davis is a major expert; James Morehead and John Coop make aftermarket parts for this-era of Sho-Bud.

My D-10 is #1096 -- 4/26/71, so assuming consistency of production, I'd guess you're probably in the middle, '72-ish.
