I'm thinking about checking out one of these for guitar, are any of you guys using them for steel? It seems like about 75% of the players on the Phoenix show in January were using POD XT's, so surely the X3 would work well for steel also.
Your opinions will be appreciated. If someone has an X3 they want to get rid of, I would consider it. _________________ Darvin Willhoite
MSA Millennium, Legend, and Studio Pro, Reese's restored Universal Direction guitar, a restored MSA Classic SS, several amps, new and old, and a Kemper Powerhead that I am really liking. Also a Zum D10, a Mullen RP, and a restored Rose S10, named the "Blue Bird". Also, I have acquired and restored the plexiglass D10 MSA Classic that was built as a demo in the early '70s. I also have a '74 lacquer P/P, with wood necks, and a showroom condition Sho-Bud Super Pro. |

I use the x3 pro rack mount. It is great for steel. It has multiple ins and out so that you can set up banks for more than one instrument. Great effects and amp models. _________________ http://www.myspace.com/jaclynjones
