Carter Starter, hardcase & extra's $700!!!

Post by Brad Nelson »

Carter Starter with hard case. 2 sets of strings.
Tuning wrench and bar.
I put extentions on 2 of the knee levers to reduce the travel. Bought 1 month ago from forum memeber for $700.
$700 shipped lower 48.

Ok now, don't laugh. LOWES !!!! They are chrome cabinet handles about 7 inches long and just over a inch high. I tried to find something to take up the travel and also looked ok. They really work well and I don't think they look too out of place. Its better than the duct tape and wood blocks I had on before.
P.S. measure twice and drill once my first hole was a little off but once the extention was installed you cant see it.

You are right Bill they are $699 new but with a gig bag.
I have a new hard case with it, 2 sets of strings, the bar and the instruction cd with original paperwork and free shipping in lower 48.
Cheaspest case I am seeing is $200.
Shipping will be $30 +.
Seems like my price with everything included is the going rate.
But you never know you may find one cheaper.
