Buddy Emmons with ET 1961

I don't know if this has been posted before, but it's a killer video, with Buddy taking a Ralph Mooney inspired solo on Drivin' Nails in my Coffin with this big you know what eating grin on his face.

Looks like Ol' Ernest was pretty happy with Buddy's ride too. They sure had a lot of fun, back then.

Standel Amp?

Post by Darrell Owens »

Check out this video at 2:00 and look at the amp behind Buddy. Looks a Standel Tube Amp. Does anyone know if he played a Standel in those days?

Totally agree, BobT !!!

I've posted a transcription of the solo in the TAB Section. http://bb.steelguitarforum.com/viewtopic.php?p=1738202
