Carter Starter

I am searching for a Carter Starter Pedal Steel. I have done just about everything I could think of to find one aside from asking on here. If anyone could help me out it would be very much appreciated!

If there isn't one listed today, just keep looking. They show up almost weekly.

Try eBay. I see them there regularly for $500-$600. I had one and became dissatisfied with it after a short time because of the partially non-standard knee lever setup and the inability to change it. It did, however, provide me with a cheap way to see if I had any ability to play a steel. Steel guitars are not as common in Michigan as one might think. The Carter Starter video with Joe Wright got me on board, but after a year I sold the Carter Starter as well as most of my other 6-string gear and bought a used GFI D-10 Ultra. No regrets.

I play one now and let me tell you it serves its purpose for the learning pedal steel. Also, they are realtively easy to sell when youre ready to move up to a pro model.
